Schedules produced following fire, address heat and smoke damage in addition to any
additional damage caused by the extinguishment of the fire and any concealed damage.
Where applicable, issues relating to asbestos and CDM Health & Safety are also covered.
The Schedule outlines the process of repairing and/or rebuilding the building in
compliance with all current and relevant legislation including Building Regulations,
Planning Acts and the Party Wall Act. The completed Schedule constitutes the recognised
document which sees the project through to completion. It forms the framework for
the project management and contract administration procedure and the basis for the
tendering and negotiation process.
